CALIFORNIA WILD ALES PERFECTLY PEACH
Golden ale aged 12 months in oak barrels to produce tart flavors, fruity notes, and a funky character. A ridiculous amount of peaches were added to California Wild Ales golden sour base. Another 100 pounds of peaces were then added and let rest on the beer for an additional two months before bottling a small run. You can almost taste the fuzziness of the peach with every sip.
